Order and execution

IMPORTANT!
Manufacturer of transporters PetMobils reserves the right to make continuous technological changes to the product in order to improve it without informing the customers. Some changes may be visible in the pictures.
The ordering customer receives in set: a trolley + a cage + a groomer's table.

  1.     Order is achieved within 15 - 25 days after order confirmation depending on the volume of orders for the product and its availability. IMPORTANT: Orders for trolleys PetMobils, the aluminum cages can take from 4 to 12 weeks and more.

  4.     A prerequisite for the execution of the contract is to provide correct contact information from the client stating the e-mail address.
  5.     Acceptance of an order will be confirmed via email.

  7.     The order is carried out from receipt of the required amount to the account given in the e-mail confirming the reverse order (product price + shipping).
  8.    In the event that the customer pays a deposit for the order. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
  9.     Customer is informed electronically about making and shipping a product.
  10.     Large number of orders at the same time may cause the waiting time the Client will be informed immediately.
  11.     We make every effort to ensure that the prices were as low as possible.
  12.     Product price during the procurement and acceptance for execution does not change.
  13.     The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to custom-made products. Custom-made products are non-refundable. The above information is in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Shipping.


    It is possible to dispatch the Polish border, only after establishing terms and shipping costs and prepaid account. Shipping abroad and in the country are determined based on the price list of the Polish Post and courier companies.


Submission of warranty claims.

  2. Our company not liable for damage caused during transport, If the client do not wrote the protocol in the presence of the courier.
